Bath Salts
Energizing Stress Relief Spritzer
Fizzy Bath Salts
Natural Aloe Shower Gel
Citrus Hand Scrub
Woman’s Time Perfume
Cinnamon Disinfectant Spray
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 1 cup sea salt
- 1 cup baking soda
- 15 drops Patchouli
Mix dry ingredients together. Add essential oils and mix thoroughly, getting rid of all lumps. Makes one bath.
Energizing Stress Relief Spritzer
- 4 oz Nature’s Fresh
- 5 drops Red Mandarin
- 5 drops Bergamot
- 10 drops Distress Remedy
Pour water into spritzer bottle, add oils and Distress Remedy. Mix by rolling between your palms and turn it back and forth. Close your eyes and spritz your face for a touch of calm.
- ½ cup citric acid
- 1 cup baking soda
- 5 capsules Spirulina (for green color and minerals)
- 15 drops Lavender
- 10 drops Thyme Linalol (do not use any other kind of thyme oil)
- 8 drops Pine
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the essential oils and mix well. Makes three baths.
- ¼ cup Sunshine Concentrate
- 2 Tbsp Aloe Vera Gel
- 1 tsp Massage Oil
- 10 drops Geranium
- 15 drops Lemon
- 1 capsule B Complex (for a yellow color, you can use more to make it darker)
Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour into a plastic bottle with a squeeze top.
- 1 cup sea salt
- ¼ cup NSP massage oil
- 15 drops Lemon
- 15 drops Grapefruit
- Sunshine Concentrate
Add essential oils to the salt and mix well. Combine the salt and the massage oil to form a thick slush. Scoop out about two teaspoons of the mixture into your hands and massage your hands together. Massage a couple of drops of Sunshine Concentrate into the mixture on your hands and then rinse well with warm water.
To see the benefits of this scrub, do one hand at a time and feel the difference.
- 2 drops Bergamot
- 2 drops Clary Sage
- 2 drops Lavender
- 5 ml (1 tsp) massage oil
Mix all ingredients together and put in a roll-on bottle. Roll on and enjoy your own personal fragrance.
- 3 drops Cinnamon Leaf
- 5 drops Pine
- 2 drops Frankincense
- 10 drops Bergamot
- 1/8 tsp Sunshine Concentrate
- 2 oz Nature’s Fresh
Combine the essential oils with the Sunshine Concentrate and water in a trigger spray bottle. Spray on countertops, stove and tile and then wipe dry to disinfect the area.
